Since our services are primarily in-person and tailored to individual needs, returns and refunds are generally not applicable for styling consultations, fittings, or custom-made pieces. However, for shipped items:

1. Return Eligibility

You can request a return or exchange within 7 days of receiving an item if:

  • The item is damaged upon delivery.

  • The wrong product was sent.

2. Non-Returnable Items

  • Custom or made-to-measure clothing.

  • Items that have been worn, altered, or washed.

  • Promotional freebies.
